As owner of the Cortlandt Colonial since 1978 and patriarch of the Liaskos family, George still oversees overall operations as well as major projects at the Cortlandt Colonial.George also owns the Holiday Inn Express in
Peekskill, NY.
As a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, Evan oversees daily operations of the kitchen as well as all special events in both the restaurant and ballroom. With experiences which started with working as a young boy at the Cortlandt Colonial in many positions throughout the business and then stepping up to working in award winning establishments throughout the country, Evan can custom design a special menu sure to suit your tastes. A graduate of the school of hospitality management of the University of New Haven, Irene can be found overseeing the restaurant’s Dining Room ensuring guest satisfaction. When she is not busy in the restaurant, she can be found in helping with overall banquet and special event operations
With more than 60 combined years of cooking experience and more than 50 of those years manning the stoves of the Cortlandt Colonial, this committed team of professionals has built a bond that has earned a reputation of quality, consistency, and love for their work that is the envy of many establishments.
